摘要
成像速度是中子冷阴极放电器(CCD)数字照相系统的主要性能参数。根据中子数字照相的原理、光学成像的基本关系式和CCD的特性,提出了一种基于CCD的中子数字照相系统的成像速度理论推算方法,对SPRR-300中子数字照相系统成像速度进行了计算,并与试验结果相比较证明,理论计算与试验基本吻合,计算方法可信。
The imaging speed is a main character of the CCD based neutron digital radiography system. In the light of character of CCD, the principle of neutron digital radiography and optics, its calculating method was put forward. The imaging speed of SPRR-300 neutron radiography system was calculated by the method. The result was basically tallied with the value measured by experiment, the calculating method was believable.
