摘要
从理论分析了重水堆用锆管超声波对比试块中,用U形人工缺陷取代V形人工缺陷的可行性,利用Rota25超声波检测设备对U形和V形两种人工缺陷的回波幅度进行了验证分析。结果表明,重水堆用锆管超声波探伤试块中,用U形人工缺陷取代V形人工缺陷是可行的。
The feasibility of U shape notch replacing V shape notch in the reference block for ultrasonic testing of zirconium tube applied in Candu reactor was analyzed in theory. Using the ultrasonic testing equipment Rota 25 to detect the echo from the U shape notch and V shape notch separately, the obtained echo amplitude was analyzed. The result showed it was reasonable to use U shape notch to replace V shape notch in test blocks for ultrasonic testing of zirconium tube applied in Candu reactor.
