摘要
远程开放教育的成本包括两个部分:一部分是教育机构的成本,一部分是学生的学习成本(不包括为教育机构交纳的学杂费和基本学习资料费)。教育成本链由一系列相互关联的成本构成,提高远程教育成本效益必须从整个成本链(价值链)的角度出发,研究并优化远程教育成本。成本链上的各成本之间并不是简单的叠加关系,一部分成本的增加可能引起另一部分成本的显著降低。在每一个成本环节,成本的性质是不同的,不同的组织运作方式对成本具有显著影响。新技术的应用一方面会增加教育成本,另一方面也会降低教育成本。
DE cost includes institutional cost and learner's cost(which excludes tuition fees and textbook expenses). The cost chain is made up of a series of connected costs. In order to make De more cost-efficient, the whole cost chain should be considered, researched and optimized. The nature of each cost in the cost chain is different, is influenced by different organizing and operating methods.
