血液净化治疗产科DIC并MODS效果分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨应用血液净化治疗产科急性弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)并多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的效果。方法回顾性分析7例产科DIC并MODS患者应用血液净化治疗的临床资料。结果治疗后症状明显改善,血总胆红素(STB)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、血小板计数(PLT)明显下降,无一例血液净化并发症发生,治愈4例,死亡3例。结论早期使用血液净化治疗是一种安全、有效的方法。
