摘要
本文阐述了国际标准在我国经济发展中的重要地位,通过解析ISO/IEC标准的版权保护政策,结合我国目前的国际标准管理和使用情况,提出符合我国目前国情的国外标准文本版权保护新思路。作为一种尝试,该文还为国内标准管理体制提出一些有意义的建议。
The article tries to point out the importance of international standards in economic development of our country. Through analyzing the policy of copyright protection for ISO/IEC standards and the management and use of international standards in our country,it sets forth a new way of copyright protection for international standards,which fits for the situation Of our country. As an effort,it tries to make some meaningful suggestions for our standards management system.
