精确的检查方法是诊断幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染和证实疗效的关键,而各种HP检测方法的准确性受到方法本身及药物等诸多因素的影响。HP抗原检测具有准确性高、操作简便、价格便宜、安全可靠、标本易获取且不受抗体记忆反应的影响等显著优势,正越来越受到人们的普遍关注。
Precise tests or methods are the key points to improve diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori infection and to certify therapeutic effect,of which the detective accuration is affected by many factors of itself and drugs.Helicobacter pylori antigen tests has some advantages including high accuratissime,simple operation,cheap price,safety and reliability,easier acquisition of specimens,which also is not affected by anamnestic reaction and is attracting more attention.
