摘要
分娩镇痛不仅是现代文明产科的标志、是每个产妇应享受的权利,同时也能够提高分娩期母婴的安全。进一步深入研究分娩镇痛是产科保健的重要内容之一。对于分娩镇痛的方法选择以及对产程和母婴的影响,长期以来国内外的研究存在很大的差异,人们在试图寻找更理想的方法和药物。目前腰麻-硬膜外联合阻滞分娩镇痛在全球范围内被广泛接受,在国内也已得到逐步推广。
Labor analgesia is not only a symbol of modem civilized obstetrics, but also a benefit which each parturients should share, besides that labor analgesia can enhance the safty of both mother and child in labor. Further study on labor analgesia is one of important task in obstetric health. In leng term,there is great difference between internal and abroad study on the method selection of labor analgesia and its influence on labor, mothers and infants, so people try to seek more ideal methods and drugs. Now the method of combined spinal-epidural analgesia for labor pain is widely accepted in the world, which also is having generalization in China step by step.
