摘要
目的探讨修复腮腺癌根治术后的面部凹陷畸形的新方法。方法2002年以来,采用改良胸锁乳突肌肌瓣修复18例腮腺癌术后的面部畸形。结果18例患者的面部畸形得以改善。结论改良胸锁乳突肌肌瓣能较好的修复腮腺癌术后的面部凹陷畸形。
Objective To evaluate a new method for repair of facial depression after parotid carcinoma resection. Methods Eighteen cases with parotid carcinoma were treated using sternocleidomastoid muscle flap to repair the facial depression defect. Results The depressed deformity of the paroid area was well in 18 patient. Conclusion The sternocleidomastoid muscle can repair the facial depression.
