摘要
目的:研究黄瑞香的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶和凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱层析的方法分离和纯化化合物,根据理化性质,波谱方法和化学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从黄瑞香中分离得到3个双香豆素类化合物:7,8-二羟基-5-[(2-羰基-2H-1-苯并吡喃-7-羟基-8)氧代]-2H-1-苯并吡喃-2-酮,命名为daphgilin(1),另外2个双香豆素是daphjamilin(2)和rutarensin(3)。结论:化合物1为新化合物。
AIM: To study the chemical constituents of the stem bark of Daphne giraldii. METHODS: Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 were used to isolate the compounds, and spectroscopic techniques (NMR, IR and MS) along with chemical reaction were used for structural elucidation. RESULTS: Three bicoumarin: 7,8-dihydroxy-5- (2-oxo-2H-1-benzopyran-7-hydroxy-8-yloxy)-2H- 1-benzopyran-2-one, named daphgilin ( 1 ), daphjamilin (2) and rutarensin (3) were isolated from the stem bark of Daphne giraldii. CONCLUSION: Compound 1 is a new bicoumarin.
