两种雷公藤多苷片抗炎及免疫抑制作用的对比研究 被引量:7

Comparison of Anti-inflammatory and Immunosuppressive Effects of Two Kinds of Tripterygium wilfordii Polyglycosidium Tablets

摘要 【目的】比较两种雷公藤多苷片(TWP1、TWP2)的抗炎和免疫抑制作用。【方法】分别选用NIH小鼠和SD大鼠,随机分为模型组,TWP1高、低剂量组和TWP2高、低剂量组,大鼠取人用剂量的10、5倍,小鼠取人用剂量的20、10倍分别灌胃给药;采用角叉菜胶、棉球肉芽肿和二甲苯致炎法观察TWP1、TWP2对NIH小鼠和SD大鼠的抗炎作用;采用溶血素生成反应、迟发型超敏反应(DTH)、碳廓清指数、免疫器官质量等指标观察其免疫抑制作用。【结果】高、低剂量的TWP1、TWP2均可显著性抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀及小鼠溶血素生成反应,且TWP1的作用优于TWP2;TWP2高、低剂量均可显著性抑制大鼠角叉菜胶足肿胀和棉球肉芽肿,而TWP1无此作用;TWP1低剂量和TWP2高剂量均可显著性降低小鼠校正碳廓清指数,但两种TWP均对小鼠DTH反应和胸腺、脾脏质量无明显影响。【结论】在7.5-30 mg/kg剂量范围内,TWP2的抗炎效果较优,而TWP1的免疫抑制作用较强。 [ Objective] To compare the anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects of two kinds of Tripterygium wilfordii Polyglycosidium (TWP) Tablets of TWP1 and TWP2. [Methods] NIH mice and SD rats were randomized into model group, high-dose and low-dose TWP1 and TWP2 groups. men, and that for mice is 20 and 10 times as much as for men. The dosage for rats is 10 and 5 times as much as for Effects of TWP1 and TWP2 on the inflammation induced by carrageenan, tampon and dimethylbenzene in NIH mice and SD rats were observed. Their immunosuppressive effects on hemolysin response, delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH), carbon elimination from plasma, the weight of immune organs of the mice were also observed. [ Results ] High- and low-dose TWP1 and TWP2 markedly inhibited the mice auricular swelling induced by dimethylbenzene, reduced mice hemolysin response, and the effect of TWP1 was superior to that of TWP2. TWP2 inhibited pedal swelling induced by carrageenan and tampon-induced granulation, but TWP1 had no Such effect. Low-dose TWP1 and high-dose TWP2 decreased the index of carbon elimination from plasma. However, TWP1 and TWP2 had no effect on mice DTH, and the weight of mice thymus and spleen. [ Conclusion] In the dose range of 7.5 to 30 mg· kg^-1, TWP1 has a better immunosuppressive effect and TWP2 ha8 a better anti-inflammatory effect.
