摘要
【目的】观察应用交锁髓内钉内固定术结合中药治疗股骨下段骨折的临床疗效。【方法】对36例股骨下段骨折患者采用交锁髓内钉内固定术后结合中药按骨折早、中、后3期内服、外洗治疗。【结果】36例股骨下段骨折全部骨性愈合，治愈率为100%，其中6-9个月愈合26例，9-11个月愈合10例。骨折愈合的平均时间为30周。【结论】交锁髓内钉内固定术结合中药按骨折早、中、后3期内服、外洗治疗股骨下段骨折可加快骨折愈合，减少并发症的发生，并有利于膝关节功能的恢复。
[ Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of interlocking intramedullary nailing combined with oral use and washing with herbal medicine for fraeture of lower section of femur. [Methods] Thirty-six patients with fracture of lower section of femur received interlocking intramedullary nailing and then were treated by oral use and washing with herbal medicine subjecting to the early, middle and late stages of fracture. [Results] The fracture was healing in all of the 36 patients, the cure rate being 100%. Of 36 patients, 26 was cured within 6 - 9 months, and 10 within 9 ~ 11 months. The average time for fracture healing was 30 weeks. [Conclusion] Interlocking intramedullary nailing combined with oral use and washing with herbal medicine can promote the fraeture healing and reduce complications, and is beneficial to the recovery of knee joint function in treating fracture of lower section of femur.
