摘要
高校教师业务档案包括教师个人信息、培训提高和从事教学科研工作情况等方面内容,在教师管理和教师队伍建设中具有极其重要的作用。通过分析教师业务档案的内容及当前档案管理工作中存在的问题,提出加强教师业务档案管理的措施。
The professional archives of teachers in institutes of higher learning include a teacher＇s individual information, and contents like training for upgrading, teaching and scientific research, etc., which have an extremely important role in the administration of teachers and the construction of teaching staff. Measures have been suggested for the intensified administration of professional archives of teachers though the analysis of the contents of the professional archives of teachers and the problems existing in current administrative work of archives.
