有源电力滤波器的死区效应定量分析 被引量:2

摘要 有源电力滤波器(Active Power Filter,简称APF)是一种动态抑制谐波和补偿无功功率的新型电力电子装置,其输出的电流中含有丰富的谐波成份。APF主电路中的功率器件不可避免地存在死区时间,这将极大地影响APF输出的谐波电流,从而对APF的补偿性能产生消极影响。以三相电压型PWM变流器为研究对象,简要分析并联型APF的工作原理。在此基础上,详细研究了死区时间的产生机理和效应,并通过数学推理定量分析了死区时间的存在对补偿性能的影响,并通过试验证明了数学推理的正确性,最后提出了死区补偿的措施。 Active Power Filter (APF) is a new pattern of power electronic device with dynamicly restraining harmonic currents and compensating the reactive power of power grid.The output currents of APF contain abundant harmonic currents, the compensated performance of APF could be deteriorated for the existence of dead-time.Based on studying the voltage-source PWM converter,the basic principium of the APF is described and the mechanisms and effects arosed by the dead-time are discussed.Further more,the performance of compensated current with mathematics consequence is analyzed which is proved correctly by simulations and experiments.At last,a preferably measure to compensated the deadtime is porposed.
