摘要
将煤焦与KOH混合,在惰性气流中,进行400℃,900℃二次热处理,制得了表面积为2.54×10~3m^2/g的活性炭.并用X射线衍射分析研究了煤焦成孔过程中的石墨微晶变化.发现在高温热处理过程中,石墨微晶中碳网层片直径有较大增长,而碳网层片尾数明显变低.使煤焦可能形成了平堆积层数在1-2之间的联网层片成孔的活性炭.因而具有很大的表面积.
The active carbon of surface area of 2540m2/g is made from twice heat treatment of KOH-coal char in the inert atomosphere at 400℃ and 900℃. The variation of size of graphite crystallite has been investigated during forming pore of active carbon with X-yay diffraction. It is found that the diameter of the graphite-like plane of crystallite increases greatly and the stack thickness decreases greatly in the heat treatment of high temperature.The mechanism of forming pore has also been discussed.
