摘要
计算机辅助精子分析（ＣＡＳＡ）是图象分析技术在生物医学领域的又一重要应用，本文介绍了系统的设计原理、方法和系统功能，着重说明了物理模型。
The computer aided sperm analysis(CASA)is another important application of the image analysis technique in the biological and medical area. In this paper,we introduce the design principles,methods and systemic functions of the CASA system,focussing on the phisical models,the continuous multi frame sampling techniques and the multi object tracing algorithms.
