摘要
目的探讨超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统在乳腺良性肿块中的应用价值。方法在超声图像的监控下,利用Mammotome微创旋切系统对85例(124个肿块)乳腺肿块进行活检并将肿块完全切除。结果肿块均被准确地完全切除,局部血肿8例,皮肤瘀血10个,均自行吸收。无其它并发症。结论超声引导Mammotome微创旋切系统可早期诊断和治疗乳腺病变准确,安全,创伤小,并发症少,具有推广价值。
Objective To evalute the applying value of ultrasound - guided Mammotome minimal invasive system in treatment of benign masses of breasts. Method Biopsy excisions of 124 breast masses of 85 patients by using Mammotome minimal invasive system were carried out. All the operations could be observed on the ultrasonograph. Results Masses of breasts were excised completely. Local hemorrhage in 8 cases and subcutaneous hemorrhage in 10 cases were absorbed by themselves. No other complications happened. Conclusions ＇The ultrasound - guided Mammotome minimal invasive system is an accurate, safe, minimally invasive procedure which can be applied widely .
