摘要
通过对棒一棒间隙的电极直径、下电极高度和间隙长度与其直流击穿电压的影响的研究,提出了确定直流棒—棒校验间隙的几何结构尺寸的原则。
The influences of different electrods lower electrod heights and gap lengths for rod-rod gap to its DC breakdown voltage have been investigated.This paper presents the principles to determine the rodrod geometry size as DC voltage calibration gap.
