摘要
纳米ZnO是一种具有光、电、磁等多重性能的超细材料,在诸多领域有潜在的应用价值。笔者重点介绍了纳米ZnO的基本特性和制备技术,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Nanometer ZnO is one kind of ultra-fine material,which has the photonic,electronic and magnetic properties,and it has been applied in wide and latent domains.This paper reviews the fabrication technology and basic characteristic,and the applied prospect of nanometer ZnO.
