摘要
将变频调速技术应用于金属纤维设备的制造,大大提高了产品质量和班产量,降低了工人的劳动强度,简化了操作过程。通过远程控制,解决了生产现场金属纤维钢尘对变频器运行的潜在威胁。实现了金属纤维生产线的改造,并给出了控制原理图及操作图。
Frequency conversion and speed regulating technology is applied into metal fiber equipment manufacture,which greatly improves the product quality,increases output,reduces the labor intensity,and simplifies the operation of the process.Through remote control,the potential threat occurred by metal fiber steel dust in the producing site is resolved;it achieves to reconstruct the metal fiber production lines.The controlling principle diagram and operation diagram is given in this paper.
