摘要
钢包是连铸生产线上的重要设备,其内衬的热应力是影响钢包寿命的主要因素。运用有限单元软件ANSYS对钢包的温度场和应力场进行了仿真,讨论了钢包各种参数对钢包温度场和应力场影响,结果表明,包衬工作层和永久层的导热系数最好一致或者接近。同时,在选用耐火材料时,应尽量选择较小弹性模量和膨胀系数的内衬材料,以降低包壳表面的综合应力,延长包壳寿命。
Ladle is an important component in continuous casting production line.Its lining thermal stress is a major factor that affects its life-span.In this paper the temperature and stress of the ladle were analyzed by ANSYS software with different structural dimensions,its lining material parameters and the relation between them were discussed.The results show that it is better to make the thermal conducting coefficients of the working lining and permanent lining the same or close and to choose the lining materials with lower elasticity module and expanding coefficient to reduce the stresses in the ladle shell and prolong its life-span. These works provide reference for the design of the ladle and its refractory materials.
