紫杉醇联合顺铂、氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期上消化道癌43例临床分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的:观察紫杉醇联合顺铂、氟尿嘧啶(TDF方案)治疗晚期上消化道癌的疗效及其不良反应。方法:对食管癌24例,胃癌19例,应用TDF方案化疗,即紫杉醇135mg/m2,静脉滴注d1;顺铂20mg,静脉滴注,d1～d5;氟尿嘧啶500mg,静脉滴注,d1～d5;28天为一个周期。2周期后按WHO标准进行评价。结果:43例可评价疗效,其中完全缓解4例,部分缓解11例,无变化11例,进展17例,客观有效率为35%。中位生存期6.5个月。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制。结论:TDF方案治疗晚期上消化道癌的近期疗效肯定,不良反应轻微,患者耐受性较好。
