摘要
目的:观察金属烤瓷牙修复面重度磨耗的临床治疗效果。方法:对30例面重度磨耗的患者,共制作251件金属烤瓷冠桥,进行重建修复,使用可摘式垫调整适宜关系。结果:30例患者关系均恢复,面下1/3长度改善,颞下颌关节功能紊乱综合征和过敏症状消失或得到改善,咀嚼功能改善。结论:金属烤瓷牙对面重度磨耗患者重建关系有良好的修复效果。
Objective ：To investigate the metal-porcelain in the fixed prosthesis treatment of advanced tooth wear. Methods：Thirty patients were restored with 251 metal-porcelain crowns and bridge after the removable occlusal tray was used. Results： The occlusion dentition was obtained. The dimensions of lower third of the face were improved. The functional activities of mastication were restored. The temporomandibular joint disturbance syndrome and hypersusceptible symptoms disappeared or were alleviated. Conclusions ： The metal-porcelain is an effective treatment for advanced tooth wear.
