摘要
目的:观察一清胶囊和维A酸霜治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法:将120例寻常痤疮患者随机分成3组,A组口服一清胶囊,外用0.025%维A酸霜;B组口服一清胶囊;C组外用0.025%维A酸霜。3组均同时口服螺内酯和复合维生素B,均各治疗6周。结果:联合用药总有效率为95%,但三种疗法的疗效差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:口服一清胶囊联合外用维A酸霜治疗轻、中度痤疮疗效肯定,且副作用少。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of oral Yiqing capsule and topical tretinoin cream on acne. Methods： One hundred and twenty patient with mild to moderate acne were divided into three groups at random：Group A was treated by oral Yiqing capsule and topical tretinoin cream; Group B by oral Yiqing; Group C by topical tretinoin cream. Three groups were all treated by aidactone and complex Vitamin B. The treatment lasted for 6 weeks. Results： The total effective rate of combination drug therapy was 95% ,but there were no statistical singificance among the three therapies （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Oral Yiqing and topical tretinoin cream had certainly therapeutic effect on mild to moderate acne and had little side-effect.
