随着我国国民经济的快速发展,石油消费量的快速增长,对外石油依赖度将会日益提高。石油安全已成为我国国民经济安全和社会可持续发展所面临的重大战略问题。我们要统筹考虑制定符合中国国情的能源安全战略:建立安全稳定的国家石油储备机制;展开积极的资源外交;加强海上防务,确保运输安全;立足国情,科学指导,开源节能。
With the rapid development of national economy and petroleum increasingly consumption, China＇s oil product dependence will gradually become obvious. Thus petroleum security has proved a critical strategic issue that the national economy security and social sustainable development confronting. Framing energy security strategy and establish steady national petroleum reservation mechanism, executing active and sophisticated resource diplomatic communication, enforcing marine defense to ensure transportation security to instruct scientifically and promote economical consumption.
