摘要
分析了电力综合自动化信息管理系统(PIAIMS)的体系结构及各功能子系统的数据流程和基本实现框架,指出构建电力系统运行监控、能量管理和运行管理等统一的数据平台的必要性;基于实际研发项目全面论述了电力综合自动化系统中面向对象数据库(OODB)统一建模的主要内容及基本方法,为电力实时监控系统(SCADA)、能量管理系统(EMS)、调度自动化系统(DAS)、电网AM/FM/GIS、调度员培训系统(DTS)以及用于管理和规划的管理信息系统(MIS)等实现数据共享提供基础性的统一的数据结构支持。
The basic data structure of power integrated automation information management systems (PIAIMS) is analyzed in the paper as well as the procedure and the fundamental frame of its subsystems aimed in certain functions. The necessity of constructing a data platform is indicated in the paper, which integrates the functions of power system's supervising and control, power management and information management. Furthermore, the method for constructing the object-oriented database (OODB) as well as its main content is demonstrated in details. The OODB can serve support for developing power computer systems such as supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), energy management system (EMS), dispatching automation system (DAS), power-net automation map (AM)/facility manage (FM)/ geographical information system (GIS),dispatcher training systems (DTS) and manage information system (MIS).
