摘要
建设海峡西岸社会主义新农村的时代命题要求继续深化农村金融体制改革,发挥农村金融部门的支农作用,建立健全农村金融体系。福建省金融部门应拓宽服务领域、创新服务品种、增强服务功能,增加支农贷款有效投入,重点支持农民、农业、农村经济发展和农村基础设施建设,为社会主义新农村建设提供有力的金融支撑。
The Task of constructing new socialist countryside in Western Coast of Taiwan Strait asks for deepening rural financial reform, supporting from financial institutions in rural area, and perfecting financial system. Fujian financial institutions should take more measures to support socialist new countryside construction, including offering more services, product innovation etc.
