摘要
自2004年初海峡西岸经济区战略提出以来,如何实施成为政府和学界共同关注的热点。本文提出“三三”式海西发展模式,认为进一步加大立足于开放式发展的三种区域合作,包括与长三角的区域合作发展、与珠三角的区域合作发展、与中西部的区域合作发展;以及大力发展海洋经济、繁荣教育事业和振兴闽南文化,将有利于加快海峡西岸经济区的建设速度。
Since the strategic proposal of developing Economic Zone in the west coast of Taiwan Strait, The government and academia are now focusing on its implementation. This paper brings the ＂3＆3 Model＂ to expedite its development based on the assumption of 3 regional cooperation, and 3 prior developments, i.e. 3 regional cooperative development with Economic Zones in Yangzi Delta, Pearl River Delta and West and Central Region in mainland; 3 developmental priorities for expanding marine economy, prospering education and developing South-Min culture.
