摘要
本文的实验和计算结果表明,应用SF_6气体的优异值M,不仅能方便地预测电极表面粗糙情况下SF_6气体或混合气体的击穿门槛E_0/P,而且可以预测具有光洁表面电极的非均匀电场间隙的绝缘强度。
The results of experiments and calculations in the present paper show that the applications of the figure-of-merit(M)of gaseous dielectric not only make it convenient to calculate E0/P of gases or gas mixtures in the presence of electrode surface roughness,but also make it possible to predict the insulation strength of non-uniform electric field formed by smooth and clean electrodes.
