摘要
提出了一种面对高分辨率的有源有机发光二极管(AMOLED)矩阵屏,减少向OLED屏写数据所用时间的方案。在协调数据的写入和读取方式上,提出了一种双节拍模式的控制驱动方法,即外设RAM设立双套模式,两套RAM交替对数据进行读写操作,并且采用两组驱动芯片分奇偶列同时向屏写数据。通过对所设计的控制电路进行仿真以及实测结果对照,表明该设计能节省写过程,为显示赢得了更多的时间,比预先的设计增长了31%,有利达到良好显示的效果。
With the number of dots in the screen becoming larger,the period of writing data into OLED is certainly becoming longer. In order to improve the quality of the image,it is necessary to limit the time of writing message into OLED. On the basis of harmonizing the mode of writing and reading data,this paper puts forward a solution that drives OLED in a double mode,and analyzes it in detail. At last,we simulate our system in computer and compare the result with that of the real circuit. The result indicates that our new idea can shorten the writing period,and save more time for displaying process (31% longer then original design). It tends to show a good image.
