摘要中小企业集聚的工业园区间的差异反映了园区在资源筹措能力上的差异。资源筹措能力是园区持续发展的重要因素,而园区集聚机制、社会网络和社会资本则有助于资源筹措能力的开发,擅长获取资源的工业园区能产生特有的竞争优势。因此,对中小企业来说,利用集聚机制和社会资本来强化资源筹措能力将是创造和提升竞争优势的重要途径。 The differences between the industrial districts of small and mid-size enterprises clusters represent the differences of resource sourcing ability of industrial districts. Sourcing ability is an important factor to sustained development of industrial districts, while the cluster mechanism of industrial districts, social network and social capital will help to the development of sourcing ability. It is the industrial districts that are good at sourcing resources needed form outside industrial districts that can acquire specific competence. To small and mid-size enterprises, thus, it is an important way of creating and upgrading competitive advantage to use cluster mechanism and social capital to consolidate sourcing ability.
