摘要
目的 以鱼油降脂丸为对照,观察血脂康胶囊对高脂血症患者的调脂作用及其安全性.方法 60例高脂血症患者随机分两组,治疗组30例,给予血脂康0.6g,1日2次,口服,8周为一个疗程;对照组30例,给予鱼油降脂丸1.0g,1日3次,口服,8周为一个疗程,观察两组治疗前后血脂水平的变化及总有效率.结果 血脂康有明显的降低胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）和升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-ch）的作用,其疗效明显优于鱼油降脂丸,P＜0.05,且无明显副作用.结论 血脂康是治疗高脂血症的良好药物.
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of capsulae XueZhiKang in treating Hperlipideproteinemia（HLP）. Methods 60 patients with HLP were randomly divided into two groups ,XueZhiKang group（ n = 30,1.0g tid po） and Flash group（ n = 30,1.0 tid po）. Blood samples were taken from foreum vein（after tasting for 12h）before and after the treatment with the drugs for 8 weeks,for the analysis of serum of lipid profile. Results The leves of plasma TC and TG were decrease in both groups,the decrease more marked in XueZhiKang group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion XueZhiKang capsule has good clinical effect in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. XueZhiKang
