摘要
目的 了解病理性高胆红素血症新生儿红细胞免疫功能表达水平,为临床有效治疗提供基础免疫依据.方法 采用祝爱霞红细胞免疫试剂(ZL93114649,6)及微量全血法,对病理性不同浓度高胆新生儿检测红细胞免疫功能(RBC-C3bRR、RBC-ICR).结果 三个组高胆血红素血症新生儿RBC-C3bRR与对照组比较,均明显降低(P<0.01).虽然仅第三组RBC-ICR与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但三个组RBC-ICR随着胆红素浓度的升高而增高呈正相关.结论 病理性高胆血红素血症新生儿,红细胞免疫功能均呈较严重的继发性低下的表达水平.为临床有效治疗提供基础免疫学依据.
Objective To know the immune function of erythrocyte in neonate with Hyperbilirubinemia ,to provide the basic immunology evidence for clinic effective treatment. Method Adopt the zhuaixia patent erythrocyte immune reagent and microamount whole blood method to measure the immune function of erythrocyte in neonate with different bilirubin level. Result To compare the three neonate groups with Hyperbilirubinemia to health control group , the expressed level of RBC - G3bRR is significantly decline (P 〈 0.01 ), the expressed level of RBC - ICR in the three groups had a positive correlation with bilirubin level. Conclusion The immune function of erythrocyte in neonate with Hyperbilirubinemia is persistence decrease. It provides the basic immunology evidence for clinic effective treatment.
