摘要
厦门产业结构调整后,城区内的工业企业向城市外围搬迁,工业厂房的利用和改建已成为城市决策者需要面对的一个问题.本文以厦工西廓厂区改建工程即厦门市文化艺术中心为例,探索分析了该方案从城市、建筑、室内空间以及建筑技术等方面解决旧工业建筑利用问题的策略与方法,证明了旧建筑再利用的可行性.
With the change of the industry structure, some industry corporation has been moved to the outside of the city. The problem remained for how to renovate and reuse the existing factory buildings. The article took Xiamen Culture ＆ Art Center for ex- ample to analyze the possibility and feasibility to reuse the old industry building.
