摘要
成人教育核心竞争力是指,在成人教育领域中,某学校或其它教育团体所具有的优于其他教育单位的能力。辩证唯物主义认为客观世界是处于运动变化之中的。成人教育单位应当坚持从实际出发,发挥好自身的优势,使自身的教育模式适合社会发展的需要,只有这样才能形成和提升自身的成人教育核心竞争力。电大是成人教育的一支主力军,具有自身的特色和优势,它必将在发展过程中不断提升自身的成人教育核心竞争力。
The kernel competitive ability of the adult education refers to the ability of a college or an educational community which is superior to other educational unit in the field of Adult education. Dialectical Materialism Marxist theory holds that the external material world is always in a moving and changing state. A grown-up educational unit should start off from the fact and exert its own predominance and advantages in order to let its educational model meet the need of the social development. Only in this way can the gown-up education kernel competitive ability be formed and enhanced. RTVU is a main force in the field of the gown-up education which has formed its own characteristics and advantages. It will inevitably promote the kernel competitive ability of the grown-up education during its development procedure.
