摘要
从波特钻石理论来看,形成湖南本土广告公司竞争优势的关键有四个要素,正是由于这些因素的合力作用没有得以充分发挥,湖南本土广告公司的现状才不容乐观,因而在此基础上有针对性地探索湖南本土广告公司竞争优势的培育路径和策略势在必行。
This thesis firstly analyzes the four key factors, based on the Porter Diamond Theory, of cultivating Hunan Local AD. Companies' competition advantage. And it is the failure of corporation among these factors that leads to the disappointed situation in Hunan AD. Industry. Then the cultivation methods and strategies are putted forward accordingly at the third part of this article.
