摘要
通过试验研究高硅碳比灰铸铁中锰量对性能的影响。结果表明，锰量变化对抗拉强度、壁厚敏感性和硬度有显著影响，而对白口倾向的影响很小。在高硅碳比灰铸铁中存在一合理的锰量范围。
The effect of manganese on properties of gray iron with a high Si/C radio is studied. The re-sults show that variations in the quantity of manganese have a notable influence on gray iron'stensile strength, sensibility to the thickness of casting's walls and hardness, but on its chillingpotential there is little influence. There is a preferable quantity range of manganese in this kind ofgray iron.
