摘要
介绍了光滑极限量现通用设计系统这一软件的程序设计思想、系统总体设计以及各模块的程序结构设计，并介绍了该软件的特点，给出了应用实例。
This paper makes a system exPosition of the ideology of the overall design, the programmingmethod and the programme structure design of the General Design System of the SmoothLimited Gauge. It also introduces the characterisitics of the system and gives the applied example.
