摘要
利用单电子量子点的自旋态,研究了Swap量子门的量子相干特性。得到了系统的超算子,并利用超算子得出了体系的密度矩阵元,在玻恩和马尔科夫近似下,分析了体系由于磁环境所引起的消相干特性。
In this paper, using the spin states of coupled single-electron quantum dots, quantum coherence of the Swap qubit gate are studied, we obtained super operator of the system. Further, we gained the matrix element based on super operator and discussed the decoherence caused by a prototypical magnetic environment in the Born and Markov approximation.
