摘要
目的探讨癫痫灶位于功能区手术治疗特殊情况患者的护理。方法对2例智商低于70的患者和1例言语障碍的患者,采用手术前后不同的个性化护理。结果对特殊临床表现的癫痫患者行以手术治疗。应用个性化护理,效果满意。结论癫痫灶位于功能区的特殊临床表现,行手术治疗时,个性化护理是有效的护理方法。
Objective To explore perioperative clinical nursing to special clinical display in patients received operation treatment for epileptic focus in brain function area. Methods Two eases were with lower IQ （ 〈 70 ） and 1 case with aphasis. The characteristic nursing methods were taken before and after the operation, Results The operation for epilepsy patients with special clinical condition were successful, The special nursing methods showed preferable effect, Conclusions The special nursing methods are suitable to perioperative nursing for patients with epileptic focus in brain function area.
