摘要
目的观察电针在无痛胃镜检查时对血流动力学的影响。方法240例胃镜检查患者随机分成两组,电针组和对照组,每组120例记录胃镜检查中丙泊酚的用量,胃管插入时所引起的应激反应以及检查前、中、后患者的血压和心率及血氧饱和度的变化。结果电针组胃管插入时所引起的应激反应发生率低,血压、心率及血氧饱和度平稳,与对照组相比丙泊酚用量无明显减少(P>0.05),而对照组血压、心率有不同程度升高,血氧饱和度下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针应用于无痛胃镜检查,可以有效抑制胃管插入时所引起的应激反应,维持血流动力学的稳定,但对丙泊酚的用量无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the influence of electroacupuneture on hemodynamic parameters during painless gastroscopy.Methods Two hundred and forty patients receiving gastroscopy were randomly allocated to two groups, electroacupuncture and control, 120 cases each. Propafol dosage during gastroscopy, stress reaction to gastroscope insertion, and blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation before, during and after the examination were recorded. Results In the electroacupuncture group, the incidence of stress reaction to gastroscope insertion was low, blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation were stable, and Propofol dosage was significantly reduced as compared with the control group （P 〉 0.05 ）. While in the control group, blood pressure and heart rate increased in different degrees, and blood oxygen saturation significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of electroacupuncture to painless gastroscopy can effectively inhibit stress reaction to gastroscope insertion and maintain hemodynamic stability but does not obviously affect Propofol dosage.
