摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS对重轨的压力矫直过程进行了三堆有限元模拟,对重轨矫直过程中的弹塑性变形过程进行了分析。采用静态接触分析,模拟了七次反复弯曲的过程。通过分析,得出了压力矫直过程的应力、应变变化规律。并对几种不同的矫直规程进行了比较分析。
The press straightening process of heavy rail was simulated and researched by finite element software of ANSYS. The process of elastoplastic deformation during the straightening process was analysised. The process of the seven times reverse bend was simulated by static contact analysis. By the result analysis of the simulation, we get the variation law of strain-stress process of the press straightening. At the same tine, the several different straightening rules were compared.
