摘要
采用问卷调查法和专家访谈法等,对江苏省11所普通高校176名高水平田径运动员的训练现状和认知状况进行问卷调查研究,分析存在问题,总结成功的经验,明确存在的问题,思考发展对策,旨在为促进我省普通高校培养高水平体育人才提供建设性意见。
By applying questionnaire and expert interviewing, the paper gives a survey on their training and cognition to 176 high-level athletes in 11 universities and colleges in Jiangsu province. On the purpose of providing constructive advice to improve the training of high-level athletes in our province, the paper analyses on the problems existed and sums up useful experience, clarifies the problems and provides some useful countermeasures.
