摘要
对５５例体表心电图无预激表现的阵发性室上性心动过速（ＰＳＶＴ）患者，采用食管心房调搏诱发心动过速时的食管心电图ＲＰＥ间期来诊断隐匿性预激（ＣＡＰ）。结果表明，患者心动过速时测得的ＲＰＥ间期为１４０±２９ｍｓ，ｘ－±２ｓ的下限值为８２ｍｓ，其中２１例经心内电生理检查测得的ＶＡ间期为１３０±２５ｍｓ，ｘ－±２ｓ的下限值为８０ｍｓ。ＲＰＥ＞８２ｍｓ可作为房室折返的参考界限。
CAP were diagnosed by TEAP using RP E intervals in 55 cases of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT). There were no obvious CAP manifestations of ECG in those cases, the mean RP E interval during tachycardia was 140±29ms, and the lower limit of x- ± 2s was 82ms. Among them, the VA intervals were measured by electrocardiophysiological examination in 21 cases. The mean value was 130±25ms, and the lower limit of x- ± 2s was 80ms. The results suggest that RP E over 82ms may be an important diagnostic threshold cut off point of atrioventricular reciprocation.
