摘要
哈蟆油及其甲醇、石油醚提取物均能明显延长ＳＯ２及浓氨水致小鼠引咳的潜伏期，减少咳嗽次数，其中以甲醇提取物作用最强，石油醚提取物次之，但二者均未超过哈蟆油的作用，使小鼠酚红排出量增加，大鼠排痰量增多，对后二者的作用，以石油醚提取物作用最强．
Oviductus Ranae and its MeOH and Ether extracts were evidenced to have significant antitussive and expectorant effect in the test of cough induced by either sulphur dioxide or ammonia liquor.Three drugs wer effective in prolonging the latency and reducing the cough times in mice.Ether extract was stronger than oviductus ranae but weaker than that of MeOH in prolonging potency.The result showed that phenol red secretion of mice and expectoration of rats were increased by the three drugs,and the action of ether extract was the strongest.
