摘要
目的:评估祛疣汤外洗加干扰素局封治疗跖疣的治疗效果。方法:治疗组58例用祛疣汤及α—2a干扰素、对照组34例用病毒唑及利多卡因治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率98.28%、对照组治愈率38.24%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药外洗联合α—2a干扰素局封能提高跖疣治愈率,缩短疗程,减少副作用。
Objective： To investigate the treatment efficiency of verruca plantaris for using the Chinese native medicine wash - out unites the α-2a inteferon partial seal. Methods ：We cure 58cases of verruca plantaris patients to therapy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine. Compare with the other group of using ribavirin to partial seal. Results：The cure rate of treatment group is 98.28% ,and the comparison group is 38.24%. the two group compare have the remarkable difference（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： It can enhances the cure rate, shorten the course of treatment and reduce the side effect by jointly applies with the traditional Chinese medicine decoction wash - out and the α-2a interferon for partial seal to cure the verruca plantaris.
