摘要
阴盛格阳,清代名医郑钦安先生认为是阴盛阳衰或脱阳证,针对真阳衰微、阴邪内盛之病理,治疗上善于抓住阳虚证的本质,针对阳虚之上、中、下的不同,采用扶阳药物而重用大辛大热之药姜、桂、附等。
The famous physician Zheng Qin＇an in the Qing dynasty thought that ＂yin-excess in the interior keeping yang externally＂ was yin-excess leading to yang-deficiency or yang prostration syndrome.He grasped the essence of deficiency of yang syndrome and adopted in clinic the yang-strengthening drugs and drugs quite pungent and heat in nature,such as dried ginger,prepared aconite root,cinnamom twig and so on.
