摘要
应用雷公藤多甙、潘生丁、开搏通三联治疗１３例伴有肾功能不全的慢性肾小球肾炎，结果显示：治疗后患者血清肌酐、血压均显著下降（Ｐ＜０．００１），２４ｈ尿蛋白定量亦明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），而血红蛋白明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
patients with chronic nephritis were theated by triple therapy: Tripterygium wilfordii Glycosides,Dipyridamde and Captopril. The results showed before and after treatment there were Significant diffevenoes in Serum Creatinine (P<0 01), Hemoglubin (P<0 001), 24 hr urine protein exeretion rate (P<0 01) and mean blood pressure (P<0 05).It indicate this therapy has a curetive effect with relative safety and is quite prectical at present.
