摘要
本文进行了在干式空冷器上直接由下方喷雾强化翅片管外侧散热的实验研究。讨论了喷水强度,风速,热流体温度,翅管排列结构等参数的影响。结果表明,随喷水强度增大,管外侧传热系数可增加100%以上。
The overall heat transfer around a set of horizontal finned tube bundle exposed to an upstream crossflow of a water-in air mist spray has been determined experimentally. Results indicate that with increasing water spray capacity, the heat transfer coefficients of the two components mist spray could be two times as high as those of single component (air) flow. An Mechanismic modle of simultaneous heat and mass transfer considering wetness factor is also proposed.
