摘要
基于共生机理的新视角,阐释小额信贷在“供应链—信誉链—融资链”联动中的社会资本效应是:以金融的与非金融的制度安排,化解弱势客户融资困境的创新。要通过规范与引导,形成与提升其扩散与整合效应。
Based on the new angle of the symbiosis mechanism, the author explains the social capital effect of the small sum loan in ＂the supply chain- prestige chain- margin chain＂ moving. It is system arrangement of finance and non-finance, an innovation dissolving minority customer＇s margin predicament. We should form and promote its spreading and integration effect by the norms and through guidance.
