摘要
从现代城市新型制造业发展的趋势、内涵和特点出发,分析回顾了相应评价方法的基础上,给出了基于经济创造能力、科技创新能力和资源环境保护能力的系统评价指标体系及其计量模型,最后对我国30个样本城市制造业科技创新能力进行实证分析,并从发展规划、产业集群和融投资环境等方面提出了政策建议。
This article begins with the concept of urban new manufacturing Industry, researches the positioning and establishes the principles of urban new manufacturing evaluation index system. And on this basis, the article gives a sample system from the three area of the economic creativity, technological competitiveness,and ability to protect environmental resources. In the end, this article uses the evaluation system to make an empirical investigation of thirty Chinese cities, which is followed by the policy suggestions related to develop ment planning, industrial cluster and in vestment environments and so on.
